Competitive pay in a collaborative and positive team culture.ResponsibilitiesRevolution Company is now hiring for an Accounting Support position in Terre Haute, IN, for a six-month assignment. This role is a part-time position working approximately 25 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a knack for prioritizing and organizing workload. In addition, the successful candidate must be accurate and reliable in handling accounts and documents.Communicate with vendors and internal departments, record maintenance, recording of bank deposits, and other accounting-related duties.Initiating ACH payments as needed.Requesting pdf invoicing from vendors and sending out pdf invoices to customers from Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS).Data collection and input into IQMS to enable basic level of automation. Scan and file invoice packets.Maintain appropriate records, files, documentation, etc.Act as support for the accounting department.Keep sensitive information confidential.Abide by all company procedures and accounting principles.Comply with all company, local, state, and federal financial regulations.Special projects as needed. QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent required. +1 years of relevant experience required. College students enrolled in either Accounting or Business program having completed at least two years of study are welcome to apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Basic knowledge of accounting principles.Strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and to adjust priorities based on changing situations.Proficient computer skills in relevant software systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and One Drive.Ability to operate and utilize adding machines, copy machine, fax, scanner, and general PC skills.Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment to make important recommendations to management.Ability to work independently with limited supervision.About RevolutionHeadquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas, Revolution Believes in Better Plastics that help preserve our environment for future generations.
