Job Description Job Description We are looking for an
experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic manufacturing
team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is ideal for someone with
a keen attention to detail and a strong background in financial
processes, including month-end close, reconciliations, and fixed
assets management. The position offers an excellent opportunity to

expertise in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: •
Manage the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and
timeliness of financial reporting. • Maintain and update the
general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly. •
Prepare and post journal entries to support financial operations. •
Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve
discrepancies. • Oversee bank reconciliations and identify
variances for resolution. • Monitor and manage fixed assets,
including tracking and reporting depreciation. • Assist in the
preparation of financial statements and related reports. •
Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and
workflows. • Support audits by providing necessary documentation
and analysis. • Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze financial
data and create reports.• Minimum of 3 years of accounting
experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. •
Proficiency in month-end close processes and general ledger
management. • Strong skills in preparing journal entries and
performing account reconciliations. • Familiarity with fixed asset
accounting and depreciation tracking. • Advanced Excel
capabilities, including formulas and data analysis. • Excellent
attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Strong
organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. •
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
