Contract-to-Hire Work Arrangement : Onsite Job Summary : We are
seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to join our client's team
in Indianapolis. This role is responsible for managing the full
billing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoicing, and
collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Responsibilities : Prepare and process customer invoices accurately
and on time Reconcile billing data and resolve discrepancies
Maintain detailed records of billing transactions Communicate with
internal departments and customers regarding billing issues Assist
with month-end close and reporting as needed Requirements : Minimum
3 years of billing experience Strong attention to detail and
organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP
systems Ability to work onsite and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour Search managed
