Job Description Job Description Actively seeking a highly motivated Team Lead – Repayment review/Audit Job Title: Team Lead – Repayment review/Audit Location: Indianapolis, IN Duration: Long term assignment Pay Rate: Based on market rate Job Description This role oversees claim reviews before payment to prevent fraud before money goes out. Responsibilities • Lead clinical/analyst team reviewing high-risk claims. • Analyze documentation and medical records. • Develop criteria to identify suspicious claims. • Ensure state policy compliance. • Collaborate with SIU, legal, and provider relations. Qualifications • Experience in Medicaid/Medicare claim auditing. • RN license preferred (for clinical judgement). • Strong coding knowledge (CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10). • Prior team leadership.
