CMS Settlement Rep - Decatur, IL Job Responsibilities: The CMS Settlement group is responsible for maintaining Truck, Rail, Barge, Container and Vessel accounts for multiple ADM locations and outside trade customers. This includes all transactional responsibilities related to contracting, payment, and invoicing of corn, soybeans, wheat, rice, soybean meal, corn coproducts, Wheat Midds and containers along with all freight, brokerage, and demurrage transactions. A strong candidate will be a team player, enjoys problem solving and works well with internal and external customers. Process settlement activities timely and accurately Process contract changes, washes, and cancellations Process freight, demurrage and despatch invoices and payments Process wire advances OPGO/FCGO/PCGO payments and invoicing Ability to learn J.D. Edwards with ability to inquire and processes AR reports. Work closely with all GBS colleagues to ensure excellent customer service. Assist all customers, merchandisers, and other personnel in a professional manner. Look for continuous improvement opportunities in settlement processes and procedures.
