Description Multisite / Area / Floating Assistant Property Manager Monarch Investment & Management Group | Based in Greenwood, IN We are seeking an Experienced Assistant Property Manager who will report directly to the Regional Property Manager. They will get assigned weekly to which location/s they will be working that week. What You’ll Do: Assist the Property Management team / Regional and PMs drive performance Achieve and exceed leasing & occupancy goals Maximize renewal capture and resident retention through resident relations programs Assist in managing delinquency and actively pursue collections Who Thrives Here Experience in the multifamily property management industry Understanding of leasing, collections, and property operations Compensation & Benefits $21.00 - $24.00 an hour Base Pay $400 per month in flat rate commissions bonus 401(k) with up to 3% company match Blue Cross Blue Shield medical insurance, $45/month for employee Vision, dental, and life insurance Paid Time Off: Year 1: 80 hours, 2–4yrs: 120 hours, 5yrs: 160 hours Paid holidays starting day one 20% rent discount at Monarch communities (terms apply) Longevity benefit, every 5 years: 3-week paid vacation or bonus Apply today and grow your career with Monarch.
