Job Description Harsha Behavioral Center in Terre Haute, IN, is looking for one part-time evening receptionist to join our strong team. We are located at 1980 E Woodsmall Dr. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged. Hours: 4:00pm-9:30pm Monday - Friday Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining patient records, answering the telephones, assisting the unit with their needs, and assisting with patient visitation. Essential Duties include but are not limited to: Responsible for the breakdown of medical records Assisting the unit with their needs Answer and direct phone calls to the correct individual/department Filing paperwork in the patient's physical chart or within our EMR system. Maintain patient confidentiality Make sure the unit(s) is equipped with the supplies they need (both paperwork and supplies) Assisting with patient visitation Skills Excellent computer skills Excellent communication skills Has the ability to function well in stressful situations Dependable and good attendance Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
