Job Description Job Description Cornerstone Construction Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Drywall Laborer / Installer for Commercial Projects. This is hands-on field work requiring reliability, skill, and attention to detail. Applicants must be able to work independently and maintain production schedules. Qualifications This is hands-on field work requiring reliability, skill, and attention to detail Applicants must be able to work independently and maintain production schedules Prior drywall experience required Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work on ladders/stilts Basic hand and power tool knowledge Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to pass background screening when required General Construction Technician (Multi-Trade Experience) Cornerstone Construction Group is seeking a well-rounded construction professional with experience across multiple trades This position is for an experienced technician who can perform diverse scopes of work correctly and efficiently with minimal supervision Framing and structural repairs Interior and exterior doors and trim Flooring (LVP, tile, basic hardwood) Window and door installation Basic plumbing and electrical support (non-licensed tasks only) Exterior work including siding, soffit, and fascia Minimum 5 years hands-on construction experience Strong understanding of construction sequencing Ability to work independently and lead small crews when needed Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background screening when required Organized company with clear processes and expectations Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Steady work with consistent scheduling Advancement opportunities for dependable workers Pay based on experience and skill level Long-term work and advancement potential Responsibilities Hang drywall on walls and ceilings Tape, mud, and finish drywall to paint-ready condition Perform patches, repairs, and texture matching Install corner bead and backing as required Maintain a clean and safe jobsite Follow company procedures and OSHA safety standards Drywall install and finishing Execute multi-trade scopes per plans and direction Maintain jobsite safety, quality, and cleanliness Identify and report unforeseen conditions Coordinate with project managers and other trades Represent Cornerstone Construction Group professionally at all times Powered by JazzHR Uwg9IqDa1Y
