knowledgeable and customer-focused Technical Service & Warranty
Support Specialist to provide high-quality assistance to our
dealers. This role involves troubleshooting product issues,
reviewing warranty claims, performing occasional product updates,
and supporting service training. The ideal candidate has a strong
technical understanding of outdoor power equipment and thrives in a
team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical
service and warranty support to dealers via phone, email, or in
person Perform occasional service updates on products Troubleshoot
and resolve product and service challenges, offering the best
solutions to customers Review warranty claims and assist dealers
with any questions or rejected claims Assist with service training
initiatives Accurately document service interactions and updates
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient
service delivery Qualifications: Technical knowledge of outdoor
power equipment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word
and Excel Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a team-based environment Ability to pass
tests related to the outdoor power equipment industry Reliable,
