delivering exceptional products. Job Summary: We’re looking for a
talented and passionate Industrial Designer to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong
understanding of design principles and user experience. You’ll
collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and clients
to craft innovative, functional, and visually compelling products.
Responsibilities: Concept Development: Generate creative design
solutions and concepts through sketching, rendering, and 3D
modeling that align with project requirements and user needs.
Prototyping: Create physical and digital prototypes to test ideas
and validate concepts. Collaboration: Work alongside engineers and
cross-functional teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and
meet performance specifications. Client Interaction: Present ideas,
concepts, and designs to clients, incorporating feedback into
iterations. Research: Conduct market and user research to inform
design decisions, keeping up with industry trends and materials.
Design for Manufacturing: Develop production-ready CAD models and
documentation for handoff to manufacturing partners.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design,
Product Design, or a related field. Experience: 2 years of
professional experience in industrial design; experience in a
consulting or product development firm is a plus. Skills:
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite,
SolidWorks, KeyShot, and Rhino. Strong 3D modeling and rendering
skills. Exceptional sketching, ideation, and storytelling
abilities. Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and
ergonomics. Mindset: Highly collaborative with a user-focused
approach. Strong attention to detail and time management. Ability
to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly. Eagerness to
