Job Details We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Zeiss CMM Programmer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining our commitment to quality and excellence, utilizing their expertise in AS9100 and ISO 9001:2015. With a minimum of 3 years of experience, you will be instrumental in driving our quality assurance processes, ensuring the highest standards are met and continuously improved upon. Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and implement CMM programs for Zeiss machines. Conduct regular inspections and measurements to ensure product quality and reliability. Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product specifications and develop appropriate measurement strategies. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD data to determine the best approach for CMM programming. Use your expertise in AS9100 and ISO 9001:2015 to maintain and improve our quality management system. Train and mentor team members on CMM operations and best practices. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product and process related concerns. Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. Continually seek opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall effectiveness of our quality assurance efforts. Qualifications: 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Aerospace or Automotive industry. Extensive knowledge and experience with Zeiss CMM programming and operation. Understanding of AS9100 and ISO 9001:2015 standards. Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and CAD data. Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and mentor others.
