Manufacturing Manager Director Supervisor Plant Manager General Manager Machine Building Fabrication Engineering Processing Machinery Automation _.

Seeking Program Manager with experience in machined, fabricated and assembled product manufacturing company, knowledge of contract manufacturing for automotive companies is ideal.

Shall:

*** Interface with customers and internal departments including accounting, business development and engineering to assess customer requirements, provide quotes when requested for custom orders.

*** Track jobs from initial capture and prospecting to final shipment.

*** Supervise employees and provide technical expertise and general knowledge of machining, fabrication, machinery parts, test techniques and manufacturing capabilities.

*** Manage tactical business customer relationships, seek out new opportunities and maintain relationships with executives in customer companies.

*** Support manufacturing teams and lead continuous improvement in processes and lean manufacturing methodologies.

Requirements:

*** 5+ years Program Management experience in a Contract Manufacturer.

*** Strong knowledge of machining, fabrication, metal forming processes and plastic injection molding processes.

*** Green Belt or higher Six Sigma certification.

*** Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Engineering, Engineering Business or similar.

Excellent compensation package in this high-visibility leadership role dealing with high-profile customers in the aerospace, marine and automotive industries.
