US Patient Assistance Program (PAP) is designed to help qualifying
patients with significant financial hardship receive Lilly
medications at no cost. Lilly Cares Foundation has helped millions
of patients in the United States obtain Lilly medications in the
areas of mental health, diabetes, growth hormone disorders, men's
health, osteoporosis, cancer, psoriasis, arthritis, and migraine
through our patient assistance program. It's important to Lilly
Cares to make sure that those who can benefit from these medicines
have access to them. The PAP Data Analyst – PAP Business System &
Analytics works closely with the Associate Director – PAP System
and Analytics to advance PAP processes, technology, and analytics
in support of the PAP Transformation vision. In addition, the
analyst builds harmonious relationships with PAP leadership, team
members, vendor partners, and key business leaders to better
understand patient experiences and requirements. Using data,
statistical models, and AI, the analyst steers decision-making by
integrating coding, statistics, and domain expertise to interpret
sophisticated datasets. They identify patterns and develop
predictive models, communicating insights effectively to facilitate
informed actions. They will work with the PAP leadership team and
PAP Core team in enabling an efficient delivery of results
according to plan & strategy as well as patient experience
expectations. In particular, they: Is accountable for leading
multi-functional implementation data strategy and data stewardship
Work closely with PAP and Lilly Cares leaders to develop innovative
analytic solutions, create actionable insights and drive better
decisions and performance to help fulfill its mission Provide
project leadership for data and analytics optimization projects
Implementation, management, and governance of qualitative and
quantitative analytics Develop and manage Vendor relationships
focused on data strategy and analytics collaboration Key
Objectives/Deliverables: Multi-functional implementation lead and
data stewardship of PAP Systems, Analytics & Reporting Supply a
data culture and a center of excellence to drive analytics and AI
tools adoption across the PAP organization Partner with technology
team(s) to continuously validate the integrity of source data
inputs and reporting/dashboard outputs; Manage data integration and
technology projects across the various platforms Successfully
communicate issues and initiatives to all levels of the business
and management. Lead data governance and stewardship work streams;
Design, develop and implement data solutions for monitoring and
analyzing business performance Become a trusted coach to develop
data analytics attitude and create institutional knowledge on
analytics; Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, projects
and approaches derived from analysis Develop strategic measurement
strategies in collaboration with internal collaborators Serve as AI
champion within PAP Team Project leadership for patient-first
optimization Presents insights and findings on major projects to
senior leadership. Effectively communicates logic and technical
processes supporting the analytic solutions. Effectively consults
others and influence organizational change, behavior and results.

multi-functional peers to improve the customer experience.

Identifies integration issues, removes barriers and tracks project
status in order to obtain desired results Oversee initiatives to
ensure all data and analytics key business work and landmarks are
met and handle multiple projects concurrently Qualitative and
quantitative analytics implementation and management Analytic
thought leadership with skills in developing innovative and
creative analytic solutions to complex problem Collaboratively
plans, develops, tests, implements and monitors predictive or
prescriptive analytics solutions to strategic business problems and
accelerate goals Develops analytics story and visual presentation
strategies to ensure data is conveyed in significant and
interpretive formats for all audience levels. Facilitates breaking
down business problems into structured analysis by assessing the
requirements and/or business impact to arrive at recommended
solutions in operational analytics. Identifies inferences from data
to produce insights and actionable recommendations in the form of
analytic projects, aiming to positively impact and influence
operational efficiencies, business decisions and drive future
innovation. Analyzes structured and unstructured data from a number
of sources to identify drivers of both problems and results.
Perform deep-dive analysis of critical metrics to identify key
drivers that chip in to each target Communicate complex
quantitative concepts in a clear, precise and actionable manner

the success of PAP program. Baisc Requirements: Bachelor’s degree
in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics or related field 3
years of total experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry
OR 3 years in sophisticated analytics for operations. Qualified
applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a

L-1. Additional Preferences: Advanced degree Solid understanding of
business process design & operations excellence (Minimum of 1 years
of project management; analytical project experience preferred)
Good interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical,
negotiation and problem-solving skills Advanced analytics and
statical tools including R and Python including edit existing code,
gather complicated requirements to design metrics from scratch, and
run statistical analysis in R. Self-starter with an engaging
leadership style, solid influencing and facilitation skills that
will quickly develop relationships across the organization while
building a coordinated work environment Experience in utilization
of AI and workflow automation tools within business operations
setting, plus fluent in O365 tools Demonstrated success in leading
without authority Solid history of successful multi-functional
collaboration Patient-centric and service-oriented attitude
Enthusiastic about making a different in patients’ lives while
designing and deploying efficient and effective technology
solutions. Ability to build and maintain networks and lead
organizational change Demonstrated critical thinking and
decision-making skills; general eye for business Knowledge of the
complex U.S. payer environment, including reimbursement, formulary
development and management, and population-based healthcare
decision making in order to understand implications on PAP demands.
Experience with corporate processes, quality systems, customer
relationship management tools, and other IT systems. Other

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $64,500 -
$151,800 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a
company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual
performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit
