Full-time Survey (construction) Project Manager opportunity based in NW Indiana. This is a Remote position requiring training and other periodic meetings in our Woodridge office. Qualified candidates must possess strong interpersonal communication skills, a work ethic focused on meeting clients’ needs as a top professional priority, and an eagerness to learn. Our Survey Project Manager will sign, seal, and produce various plats of survey including but not limited to ALTA, Boundary, Topographic, Subdivision, and Condominium Surveys. General Responsibilities Include Preparing various land surveys. Managing survey projects from setup through completion. Bidding new projects and create/write proposals. Client interaction. Maintain project budgets and collections. Assist other Project Managers and Professional Land Surveyors with drafting and project preparation. Qualifications Must have 7 year land surveying experience in Indiana. Proficient in AutoCad Civil 3D experience in construction calculations/Boundary and Topographic Survey preferred. Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills required. Professional licensure in Indiana required; Illinois licensure a plus.
