Job Description:
Overview: Join our team as an R&D Project Manager, where
you'll lead the creation of innovative product concepts while
ensuring adherence to corporate and regulatory standards. Key
Responsibilities: - Plan Ahead: Strategically organize daily tasks
to satisfy both customer and internal needs, and maximize the
efficient use of equipment. You'll work closely with the Sr.
Director of R&D for guidance. - Progress Reporting: Keep
Applied Management informed with consistent updates on R&D
activities, progress, and milestones through structured reporting.
- Facilities & Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that our R&D
facilities and equipment remain up-to-date and in top-notch
condition for seamless operations. - Project Evaluation:
Collaborate with the Sr. Director of R&D and various
departments to rigorously assess new projects at all development
stages. - Department Harmony: Skillfully balance the varied needs
of the R&D department, business development, and customers to
ensure smooth operations. - Effective Communication: Provide clear,
timely updates on project progress, needs, and concerns through
both written and verbal communication channels to clients and
stakeholders. - Team Leadership: Manage R&D personnel with
professionalism, focusing on refining efficiency and maximizing
effectiveness. -Efficiency Initiatives: Lead efforts to boost
operational efficiency and nurture cross-departmental collaboration
within the R&D team. - Resource Optimization: Leverage the
unique skills of each team member by aligning tasks with their
strengths, ensuring the highest level of performance. Experience &
Skills Required: - Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical
industry, preferably 5-8 years. - Demonstrated leadership in
laboratory management, with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in
R&D settings. - Regular Hours: Work-from-office commitment,
Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 4 pm. - Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a
