Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and board-certified LocumHospitalist Nurse Practitioner to join our team in providing exceptional careto a diverse patient population in Indiana. This temporary position offers theopportunity to work within a 7 on/7 off block schedule, providing 24-hourcoverage alongside a team of physicians and advanced practice providers.
Compensation: $100 Per Hour
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to mainly adult and elderly patients, with approximately 15% being pediatric.
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnose medical conditions, and develop and implement treatment plans.
• Work 12-hour shifts, with 12-hour shifts for APP coverage.
• Respond to codes and emergencies within the hospital.
• Navigate the Meditech EMR system for accurate documentation.
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transitions of care. Qualifications:
  • Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification.
  • Current and unrestricted licensure to practice in Indiana.
  • ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications.
  • DEA registration.
  • Strong clinical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
