Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Psychiatric Unit team at Terre Haute Regional Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals with mental health needs.Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with psychiatric and behavioral health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Conduct patient assessments, identify areas of concern, and develop strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.Requirements
  • Current Indiana RN licensure or active Compact State RN licensure.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (RN).
  • Customer service abilities including effective listening skills.
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • BLS Certification.
