Job Description Lafayette - Full Time - Hours: Clinic hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. - Employed - Average Patients seen: Gradually work up to 21 patients per day, within two years; Inpatient Volume 3 per day - Call Schedule: Weekday Call: One provider is on call daily; Weekend Call: 1:4; Holiday Call: 1:4 - Sign-On Bonus - Compensation: Competitive compensation, including income guarantee, with bonus incentives - Benefits: - Paid malpractice- 27 days of Allowed Time Off plus 5 days for CME with an annual stipend- Full benefits package, including health, life, dental, vision and legal insurance- Retirement options, including 403(b), 457(b), 401(a)- Short- and Long-Term Own Occupation Disability- Customized marketing support - Additional Info: Seeking a BE/BC Oncology Hematology physician. - Medical Oncology Board Certified- Hematology Board Certified PreferredCommon Cancer Diagnoses:- Breast- Colon- Lung- Head and neck- Rectal- Prostate- Gynecologic cancers- Benign and malignant hematologic disorders
