Traveler is seeking a Med/Surg RN with at least one year of
experience and an active IN or compact license for a night shift
position. Responsibilities - Work in a 32-bed acute Med/Surg unit
with remote telemetry - Patient population includes stable vent and
BiPAP patients, those with acute or chronic renal failure,
dialysis, fluid overload, and medical/surgical cases - Telemetry is
monitored 24/7 and used only if ordered - IV drips include dopamine
(constant rate, no titration) and heparin - EMR used is Cerner
PowerChart - Night shift schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts
per week - Assignment length is 13 weeks - Work alongside internal
medicine, family practice, and hospitalist teams - Role includes
caring for patients with a wide range of medical and surgical needs
Requirements - Active IN or compact RN license required - Minimum
of 1 year Med/Surg RN experience - Current BLS certification
