Type of equipment: Puritan Bennett 840 and 980, Hamilton T1, V60 Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week period Floating policy: No Patient Experience requirements: Newborns, Pediatrics, Adults Hospital Specifics- Certifications: Level 2 NICU Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: Indiana state license BLS, NRP, PALS, ACLS Advanced skills needed: NA Procedures performed on unit: ABG s and intubations Certifications Required: BLS, NRP, PALS, ACLS Dress Code: (Required uniform) Black Scrubs Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
