Job Description:
Opportunity to join a hospital eye department with 30 plus
years' of established patient care in central Indiana. You will
have an abundance of patients upon starting and the bulk of the
work will be in comprehensive Ophthalmology likely starting with
500 or more cataract surgeries in the first year. The ideal
candidate will be able to determine their clinic schedule, patient
volume, and procedure portfolio. Hospital Employee, Traditional.
1:4 Call Ratio. $500-550K Salary OR Income Guarantee. WRVU
production incentives. Signing Bonus available up to $30,000 .
Relocation Bonus available up to $10,000. CME up to 1 week and
$2,500 available. Up to 4 weeks of PTO available. 403B.
