Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical
Care Location: Fishers, IN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,121 per
week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified
ICU/Critical Care RN in Fishers, Indiana, 46037! ICU Registered
Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: ICU Duration: 13
weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 3 years
of experience required License: Must be current and in hand prior
to start date. Temporary licenses may be obtainable once permanent
license applications have been submitted. Certifications: ACLS,
BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Strong PCU RN experience. Ability to take
higher ratios. Description: ICU unit with floating to PCU. ICU/PCU
RNs must be able to take higher ratios. Candidates must be able to
interpret dysrhythmias and manage them effectively. Experience in
obtaining 12 lead EKG/ECG is required. Candidates must be familiar
with thermoregulation for hypothermia and hyperthermia. Experience
in post cardiac surgery care directly from the OR is necessary.
Knowledge of pre/post cardiac catheter interventions is required.
Candidates must have experience with sheath removal and IV insulin
protocols. Management of chronic and acute renal failure is
expected. Ability to access and manage ports, arterial lines, and
central lines is required. Experience in blood product
administration and PICC line management is mandatory. Candidates
must be able to start and maintain IVs effectively. Experience with
continuous IV paralytics and neuromuscular blockade is necessary.
Knowledge of continuous IV sedation and emergency medication
administration is required. Experience in procedural sedation
administration and monitoring is expected. Candidates must be able
to titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips. Experience in managing
CVAs and acute stroke patients is required. Knowledge of
hypothermia protocols and the Arctic Sun system is necessary.
Candidates should assist with management of BiPAP and CPAP.
Experience in chest tube insertion and removal is expected.
Candidates must be capable of caring for ventilated patients and
using high flow nasal cannula (HFNC). Ability to interpret arterial
blood gases (ABGs) is required. Experience in suctioning, including
ETT and NT, is mandatory. Candidates must have ventilator
management experience. Knowledge of infection prevention and
isolation precautions is crucial. Skill in phlebotomy and care of
surgical wounds with drains/wound vacs is needed. 5 Benefits of
