Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical Intensive Care Unit Location:
Indianapolis, IN Agency: Pioneer Healthcare Services Pay: $1,826 to
$1,883 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Start
Date: 2/22/2026 About the Position If you want to make a
significant impact as a Registered Nurse - Medical Intensive Care
Unit (MICU) in Indianapolis, IN this position might be what you are
looking for! Responsibilities: Provide specialized, high-acuity
care to critically ill adult patients with complex medical
conditions, including sepsis, respiratory failure, multi-organ
dysfunction, and metabolic disorders. Monitor and assess patients’
vital signs, hemodynamic stability, neurological status, and
overall condition. Administer and manage critical medications,
including vasoactive drips, sedatives, analgesics, anticoagulants,
and antibiotics. Operate and troubleshoot life-supporting
equipment, such as ventilators, continuous renal replacement
therapy (CRRT), and intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABP).
Qualifications: IN Registered Nurse license BLS and ACLS required
Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred Job
