during the hiring process. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic
procedures to assess cardiac structures and hemodynamics in
accordance with accepted protocols. Advanced Procedure Management:
Perform routine and complex imaging studies utilizing your
expertise to set up and precisely adjust all equipment, including
manually maneuvering transducers for optimal exam results. Quality
and Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of safety by
implementing and maintaining rigorous safety protocols and
performing appropriate quality control procedures, ensuring all
activities are compliant with regulatory agency standards.
Technical Excellence: Leverage your technical skill to accurately
position patients and select the correct anatomic and technical
parameters, ensuring the integrity and quality of every image
captured. Precision Imaging & Data Integrity: Directly contribute
to accurate diagnosis and treatment by ensuring the prompt
submission of high-quality images and essential patient documents
(including image quality, correct lead markers, and patient
data/history) to PACS. Expert Insight: Utilize your knowledge to
recognize significant structures, artifacts, pathology, and
equipment limitations, acting as a crucial member of the care team.
Safe and Orderly Environment: Be responsible for maintaining a
clean, safe, and orderly department, including procedure rooms and
storage areas, which creates a positive and secure experience for
every patient. Requirements Licensure / Certification /
Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of
hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association
or American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the following
required: Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular
Credentialing International (CCI) obtained within 12 Months (1
year) of hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist
specializing in Cardiac-Intrvn Radiography credentialed from the
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained
within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.
Registered Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the American
Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 12
Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date. Registered
Cardiac Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for
Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 12 Months (1
year) of hire date or job transfer date. Registered Cardiac
Sonographer credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing
International (CCI) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date
or job transfer date. Medical Sonographer credentialed from the
American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer
date. Sonography Tech specializing in Cardiac credentialed from the
Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to
hire date or job transfer date. Education: High School diploma
equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job
specific experience required. Additional Preferences No additional
