during the hiring process. How you’ll make an impact in this role
Operate a scanner to obtain images used to diagnose and treat
pathologies. - Precise Imaging: Operate scanners to produce
high-quality cross-sectional images by accurately positioning
patients and selecting optimal technical parameters. - Patient
Support: Manage patient pre-screening, scheduling, and clear
education to ensure a smooth, informed experience. - Data & Image
Integrity: Process patient data, manage image transfer, and ensure
prompt, accurate submission of all high-quality images and
documents to PACS. - Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all
radiation safety procedures and guidelines, maintaining a safe
environment for all. - Operational Readiness: Monitor equipment
function, report malfunctions, and assist in maintaining a clean
and orderly department. What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration: - BLS Provider obtained
within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross
accepted. - One or more of the following required: - Cardiographic
Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing
International (CCI) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire
date or job transfer date. - Radiologic Technologist specializing
in Magnetic Resonance Imaging credentialed from the American
Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 6
Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. - Radiologic
Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained
within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. -
Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for
Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 6 Months (180
days) of hire date or job transfer date. Education: - High School
diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR
Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable
cumulative job specific experience required. Equal employment
