Job Description Healthcare United is seeking a
Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our
team located just 45 minutes south of Champaign, Illinois, in Coles
County. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide
specialized orthopedic spine care in a supportive and collaborative
environment. Requirements: BC/BE in Orthopedics – Spine Strong
expertise in spine surgery and patient care Excellent communication
and teamwork skills Commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
for patients Benefits: Competitive Salary: $875,000 bonus based on
RVU production Sign-On Bonus: $75,000 Retention Bonus: $60,000
total, paid in increments of $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2, & 3
Quality Bonus: Up to $50,000, eligible upon earning the base salary
Generous Time Off: 33 days of paid time off annually CME Allowance:
5 days $6,000 annually Call Schedule: 1:6 call ratio, allowing for
