Carle Health is seeking an additional BE/BC Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our established OMFS practice in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois. Practice Opportunity Details Include: - Join a growing, full-scope hospital-based OMFS practice that includes three BC Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Two have additional fellowship training (Maxillofacial Oncology/Microvascular Surgery and Pediatric Craniomaxillofacial Surgery) - Completion of a TMJ or Cosmetic fellowship preferred but not required - Call is 1:4 – OMFS surgeons cover all facial trauma cases out of a single hospital - We are open to non-traditional scheduling options - Block OR and clinic time at Carle Foundation Hospital as well as our new, state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center and outpatient clinic facilities - Private practice model with academic component – serving as faculty member for fully accredited Carle Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency program - Interest in resident education is a must - Opportunity to develop a robust subspecialty practice - Excellent benefits package: health/dental/life insurance, 403-B plan with employer match, LTD, relocation allowance, CME allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with tail insurance coverage - Large built-in referral network; Carle Health has a service area of over 3.2 million patients - Teaching and research opportunities available with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation’s first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering - Carle Health is a not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility
