Role Description This is a part time convenient/flexible work schedule on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant based in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves managing patient evaluations for VA Disability Benefits and Medicare annual exams, creating treatment plans, providing follow-up care , and collaborating with other healthcare professionals prn. Responsibilities also include patient education, documenting medical information accurately, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards to deliver optimal healthcare outcomes. This is a great option for supplementing your income or parents with children in school. Qualifications Proven clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Proficiency in managing electronic health records and maintaining accurate documentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and team collaboration Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of compliance regulations and clinical protocols Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Indiana Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies required Experience in outpatient or specialized care settings is a plus
