Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Managing Pharmacist located in Evansville, WI. The Managing Pharmacist will oversee daily pharmacy operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include verifying prescriptions, counseling patients, managing inventory, supervising pharmacy staff, and identifying opportunities to implement personalized care services. Additionally, the Managing Pharmacist will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care, support chronic condition management, and provide health education to the community. Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge of prescription verification, drug interactions, and medication therapy management Skills in patient education, counseling, and personalized care Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to supervise and support staff effectively Proficiency in pharmacy inventory management and regulatory compliance Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and a valid pharmacist license in Wisconsin Experience in an independent or community pharmacy setting is highly valued Commitment to enhancing patient well-being and delivering exceptional healthcare services
