Job Description PS Companies is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Evansville, Indiana. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/14/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel PS Companies is seeking an experienced Med Surg Tele RN for an opening based in Evansville, IN. This is a full time 13 week travel contract position. Float Requirement: First to float within skillset. Deaconess Newburgh (IN) campus (8 miles apart) & potential to float to Deaconess Henderson (KY – 11 miles). 2 HR notice given for cross campus float. Mid-shift float within same campus. Cross campus mid-shift float is unlikely but possible. Skillset: Remote tele, chest tubes, NG/PEG tubes, straight cath/Foleys, ostomies, Heparin drips, blood/blood product administration, tracheostomy are, PCA management. Must have strong assessment and critical thinking skills! Hard worker, resilient and manages change well, social candidates * 3 call-ins can result in termination * Teaching hospital, may require precepting of students & new-hires Requirements include, but are not limited to: Active IN or Compact RN License. 3 years strong Med Surg experience Travel experience Trauma Level II experience Epic experience BLS (AHA) Certification ACLS (AHA) Certification NIHSS Certification Ability to clear a drug screen/background check.
