high integrity. The Associate Director – Ethics and Compliance
Investigations – Americas will be responsible for conducting
compliance-related investigations in the Lilly USA, Canada, Mexico,
Brazil, Columbia affiliates and other Lilly operations across the
geography, which is a key element for an effective compliance
program. Responsibilities: This position reports to the Associate
Vice President – Ethics and Compliance Internal Investigations and
is responsible for conducting investigations into potential
violations of company policies. This role requires analytical
skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate in a dynamic and
fast-paced environment. Conduct investigations into potential
violations of company policies Develop investigative plans,
including conducting interviews, collecting and analyzing evidence
Prepare investigation reports with findings, conclusions, and
recommendations for corrective actions Lead the presentation of
investigations outcomes to management and actively guide the
implementation of recommended solutions and corrective actions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, HR, and other
departments to support compliance efforts Maintain confidentiality
and handle sensitive information with discretion Stay current on
relevant laws, regulations, best practices in compliance
investigations Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 5 years of
compliance, investigations, human resources, audit, and/or
litigation experience Fluent Spanish and English language skills
Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required

conducting workplace investigations involving fraud, misconduct, or
policy violations 5 years of experience working in the
pharmaceutical or biotech industry or a similarly highly regulated
industry Portuguese language skills Experience with GRC tools or
other similar technology platforms Strong analytical,
investigative, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and
verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as
part of a team. Ability to handle multiple investigations
simultaneously Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to
interact with individuals at all levels of the organization Ability
to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and
maintaining composure under pressure. High ethical standards and

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $127,500 -
$187,000 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a
company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual
performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit
