Quality & Food Safety Organizational Change Manager - Decatur,

Summary: This position works within the Global Quality Management
System team to drive adoption and sustainment of the Global Quality
Management System (QMS) and related Quality & Food Safety
(Q&FS) initiatives. This role focuses on the people, process,
and behavioral changes required to embed global standards,
strengthen Q&FS culture, and ensure consistent execution across
ADM sites worldwide. This role does not offer remote or hybrid work
options. Candidates should be based within approximately four hours
of the Central Time Zone to ensure overlap with core business
hours. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Communication &
Engagement: Develop multi-tiered communication strategies tailored
to frontline teams, plant leaders, technical experts, and global
executives. Create messages that simplify complex QMS, GFSI, and
regulatory requirements for non-technical audiences. Draft global
Q&FS communication materials including playbooks, leadership
messages, infographics, FAQs, videos, decks, and campaigns. Build
and maintain global change champion and super-user networks to
strengthen local engagement and feedback loops. Facilitate global
town halls, briefings, and stakeholder engagement workshops to
build alignment and promote ownership of Quality Systems updates.
Training & Capability Enablement Partner with Q&FS capability
teams to design and deliver training for new or updated QMS
standards, documentation structures, digital tools, and process
changes. Ensure training materials reflect adult learning
principles, clear language, and visual clarity. Adoption,
Implementation & Sustainment Lead change impact assessments for new
QMS policies, procedures, workflows, and documentation changes.
Coordinate readiness assessments across manufacturing sites,
business units, and regions. Establish adoption KPIs, dashboards,
and reporting tools to monitor change progress and cultural
indicators. Partner with the Quality Systems Managers to ensure
ongoing governance and maintenance of QMS documentation,
communications, and change controls. Participate in site visits
(virtual or in-person) to assess adoption, engage stakeholders, and
support continuous improvement. Culture & Behavioral Reinforcement
Support the development and execution of Q&FS culture programs
aligned with global strategic priorities. Integrate behavior-based
change principles to strengthen accountability, mindset, and
ownership of quality. Reinforce expectations through communication,
training, recognition mechanisms, and leadership coaching. Analyze
cultural assessment results to help design targeted interventions
for regions or sites with gaps. Qualifications & Experience:
Education: 5 years of professional experience in organizational
change management, quality, manufacturing, operations, or a related
technical environment. Experience in Quality Systems (ISO 9001) or
GFSI-benchmarked programs (FSSC 22000, SQF, BRCGS) preferred.
Strong facilitation skills with the ability to influence
cross-functional stakeholders without authority. Ability to
translate complex technical material into accessible, engaging
content. Experience working in highly matrixed, global
organizations with diverse cultural environments. Excellent project
management capability with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
concurrently. Experience: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in
Quality, Food Science, Engineering, Communications, Business,
Organizational Development, or related field. PROSCI, ACMP, or
equivalent formal change management certification strongly
preferred. Additional quality certifications (HACCP, Lead Auditor,
PCQI) are beneficial but not required. Skills & Competencies:
Applies advanced, specialized expertise to influence strategic
quality transformation efforts. Operates with autonomy using
broadly defined organizational objectives. Leads complex change
initiatives with global impact and long-term cultural implications.
Acts as a subject matter expert in change management for QMS,
Q&FS, and regulatory-driven transformations. Builds solutions
for variable, ambiguous, and high?complexity environments with
limited precedent. Travel Requirements: Ability to travel
domestically and internationally, up to 30-40%, as required to
