seeks a Manager, Maximo System (P3 – P4) to deliver, maintain, and
support products and solutions in a way that drives business value.
Identify system architecture requirements and recommend appropriate
systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems. Design
and develop application solutions for integration of IBM Maximo
with third party applications. Drive delivery of rapid
product-centric technology solutions via agile methodologies. Serve
as a technical expert and work with business to identify and
capture new opportunities, improve processes, and optimize the
value MQ IT can provide, including replication of solutions
company-wide across sites. LI-DNI Position requires a Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related
field and 5 years of progressively responsible experience with IBM
Maximo implementations and upgrade projects, including requirement
gathering, design, development, testing & training, deployment,
hyper care support. Experience must include a minimum of: 5 years
of experience with integration of IBM Maximo with third party
applications like SAP, Oracle, OSI PI, or any Enterprise Resource
Planning (ERP) tool; 5 years of experience with business
intelligence – strong data analytics/mining/presentation formats
and query optimization; 5 years of experience in Computer System
Validation processes; Experience in resolving issues with Maximo
Asset Maintenance, WO process, Anywhere, Automation scripts;
Experience with Java programming language and SQL; Experience using
an agile and lean framework for the entire solution lifecycle
including design, implementation, automation, modernization,
maintenance, and optimization of solutions; Experience in GxP
operations; Experience using distributed solutions and configurable
commercial off-the-shelf software (COTS); and functional experience
in a FUME/HSE area. Up to 10% domestic or international travel

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $134,160 per
year Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a
company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual
