Base Salary Commission Pay Job Details Job Details: We are a
dynamic and rapidly growing law firm specializing in personal
injury cases. We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury
Litigation Attorney to join our team. This is a permanent position
with a hybrid working model, allowing for a combination of
in-office and remote work. In addition to a competitive base
salary, this position offers a lucrative commission structure,
providing a significant earning potential for the right candidate.
Responsibilities: As a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, you
will be tasked with managing a caseload of complex personal injury
files from inception through trial. Your responsibilities will
include: 1. Representing clients in court or before government
agencies. 2. Presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute
defendants in personal injury cases. 3. Examining legal data to
determine advisability of defending or prosecuting a lawsuit. 4.
Evaluating findings and developing strategies and arguments in
preparation for presentation of cases. 5. Attending depositions,
mediations, hearings, and court appearances. 6. Preparing and
drafting legal documents, such as wills, deeds, patent
applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts. 7. Gathering
evidence to formulate defense or to initiate legal actions, by such
means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts
of a case. 8. Negotiating settlements of civil disputes.
Qualifications: The successful candidate must meet the following
qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law
school. 2. Admission to the State Bar. 3. Minimum of 5 years of
experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney. 4. Proven
track record of successful personal injury case handling, from
inception to resolution. 5. Exceptional negotiation skills and the
ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations. 6. Experience
attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
7. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
8. Ability to handle a high caseload and a willingness to go above
and beyond to meet client needs. 9. Proficiency in legal research
software and Microsoft Office Suite. 10. A strong sense of
professional ethics and a dedication to delivering high-quality
