fairness in every interaction. Job Title: Court Results Manager Job
Summary: The Court Results Manager oversees the team responsible
for documenting all court results and processing court orders and
court notices, while ensuring proper file movement to the next
action across all nine (9) states. This role includes handling
escalations, maintaining up-to-date training guides and procedures,
and ensuring consistent communication with management and attorney
teams. A strong legal background and proven people-management
experience are required to be successful in this role. Essential
Duties / Daily Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day department
operations Responsible for team staffing, including analysis of
current staff, new hires, and staffing needs Oversee and monitor
court results volume for all states, including assigning volumes
and territories to each representative Develop goals and KPIs for
team members Oversee and review team progress using daily lists
(Stoplight) Oversee the team’s control environment, including
reviewing reports, ensuring report owners utilize them properly,
and escalating identified issues Report defects and perform root
cause analysis Respond to all audit deliverables, findings, and
inquiries related to Court Results Maintain, update, and draft
Court Results work standards, policies, and procedures Train and
coach team members on compliance requirements and firm process
flows Oversee vendor-assigned work to ensure alignment with
procedures and production expectations Conduct staff reviews and
manage performance improvement plans Review and approve employee
punch times, time-off requests, and overtime requests Collaborate
with attorneys regarding changes to forms, documentation, and
procedures Maintain strong working relationships with state
managing attorneys to ensure alignment with civil procedure
requirements across all states Audit court results processes to
ensure timelines and procedures are followed Propose policy and
process improvements to management Maintain and update training
guides Support additional projects as needed Weekly / Monthly
Responsibilities: Participate in weekly meetings to review volume,
performance, issues, defects, process updates, and team
achievements Ensure control reports and defects are documented
timely and issues are resolved promptly Review team processes to
identify gaps and opportunities for efficiency and improvement
Complete monthly capacity planning and KPI analysis for submission
to the Director Required Qualifications: 2–4 years of professional
experience in a legal environment (law firm, legal department,
court-related role, or similar) 3–5 years of people-management
experience , including direct supervision, performance management,
and employee development Demonstrated knowledge of legal
documentation, court procedures, and compliance requirements Proven
ability to lead teams through process improvement and operational
change Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate
effectively with attorneys, leadership, and cross-functional
partners Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced,
