full-time W-2 Class A CDL drivers based in Lafayette, Indiana.
Openings include OTR, regional, and dedicated fleet assignments,
with operations primarily east of I-35. Candidates include
experienced drivers as well as recent CDL school graduates and
drivers with limited professional experience who qualify for the
company’s paid Class A training program. What we offer: Competitive
weekly compensation: $1,400 to $1,800 (exact pay varies by
experience and route); paid weekly via direct deposit. Fully paid,
company-supported training program for eligible recent CDL
graduates (three to five weeks for candidates with at least 120
hours of instruction). Day-one benefits: medical, dental, and
vision insurance. Retirement and paid time off: 401(k) with company
match after eligibility; paid time off and paid holidays.
Additional coverages: company-paid life and AD&D insurance; pet
and rider policies; paid orientation. Late-model assigned
equipment: 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors. Reliable
home time: weekly or every other week depending on fleet
assignment. Safety and performance bonus opportunities and ongoing
driver support, including mentor assistance for trainees. Training
program (for eligible candidates): Paid three- to five-week program
for recent CDL graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of
instruction. Training topics include safe tractor-trailer
operation, compliant ELD use, trip reporting, pre-trip and
post-trip inspections, and company procedures. Progress is
evaluated through supervised driving and competency assessments
prior to independent assignments. Primary responsibilities: Safely
operate a Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT and
company regulations. Transport primarily no-touch dry van freight
(approximately 70% drop-and-hook) across the Eastern U.S. Manage
schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain
on-time performance. Complete required trip reporting and vehicle
inspections, and follow company procedures for ELD use and
documentation. Maintain communication with dispatch and report
safety or equipment concerns promptly. Qualifications and candidate
profile: Seeking full-time W-2 Class A CDL drivers; recent CDL
school graduates and drivers with limited professional experience
who qualify for the company’s paid training program are welcome.
Candidates must be based in or able to work from the Lafayette,
Indiana area for the assigned fleet operations.
