The EDIM will strategically lead the marketing and branding
efforts of one of our largest higher education clients with a focus
on customer acquisition, customer retention, foundation efforts,
and brand strategy. They will work with key stakeholders to offer
clarity to the brand proposition and support that position through
various mediums to reach customers where they are increasing
awareness regionally and nationally.; They will provide support to
key institutional stakeholders to assist in a consistent brand
message and user experience from prospective customers to former

Marketing Director Experience
3+ years of Marketing experience
Will oversee content management, web services, writing and new
media, and graphic design.
3+ years of leadership experience
Around 15 direct reports. Will be over content manager, account
services dire, web services direct, writing and new media director
; graphic design - under account services.
Passion for Marketing
Has to be familiar with modern marketing tools but does not
necessarily have to be an expert in using them.
Experience communicating and strategizing with all different levels
Must be comfortable marketing to a wide range of audiences,
multiple different generations.
