Job Description:
Job Summary + Administrative and interpersonal relations skills
to manage Desktop Support staff, including metrics and measures.
Must be able to solve complex issues. + Excellent verbal and
written communication skills. Must be able to work with all levels
of the organizations. + Knowledge, analysis, monitoring and
reporting of all Desktop tickets using Helpdesk system. + Technical
knowledge of computer and peripherals hardware, software, operating
systems, video conferencing, etc. + Flexibility with hours and work
locations. + Associates Degree in IT filed required As an EOE/AA
