Pacific Companies is excited to present an opportunity for a Hematologist/Oncologist Physician to join a prestigious 300+ bed nonprofit health system 1 hour outside of Indianapolis. You will be part of a collaborative team that includes two established physicians and two nurse practitioners. Enjoy the autonomy to create your clinic and procedure schedule while also having access to research and academic opportunities through a partnership with Indiana State University. Job Description:

Collaborative Team: Work alongside two established physicians and three nurse practitioners.
Call Coverage: APP(s) take the 1st call, allowing for a balanced workload.
Advanced Technology: Utilize Cerner EMR with Dragon Dictation for efficient documentation.
Infusion Center: Benefit from 17 infusion chairs for comprehensive patient care.
Competitive Compensation: Receive a competitive salary of $550k plus wRVU.
Attractive Benefits Package: Enjoy a $50k sign-on bonus, $10k relocation assistance, 4 weeks of PTO, and 7 days of CME.
