Who We Are We are transforming our in-house agency (IHA) to set a
new standard for creative and operational excellence. As a Creative
Account Manager , you are a vital partner at the heart of our daily
operations, ensuring projects move forward with precision,
supporting client requests, and collaborating seamlessly with
creative team members. You play a pivotal role in guiding projects
from concept to completion, making sure every idea is completed
with clarity, collaboration, and care. You support a diverse range
of brand initiatives, handling timelines, resources, and
deliverables across digital, print, and omnichannel campaigns. With
a passion for organization and a collaborative spirit, you help our
creative teams stay focused, aligned, and inspired, fueling work
that moves people and delivers measurable impact. Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day management of creative projects, ensuring
alignment with client goals, brand strategies, and business
objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for in-progress
creative projects, developing and maintaining project timelines,
tracking deliverables, and ensuring all work is completed on
schedule and within budget. Skilled in interpreting client requests
and shaping them into structured plans for creative teams, ensuring
alignment from initial briefing through iterative revisions and
final delivery. Monitor project progress, proactively identify
risks, and implement solutions to keep projects moving forward.
Lead the creative review process for managed assets, bringing
together the correct people at the correct time, and ensuring
feedback is delivered, understood, and actioned on in accordance
with all original creative direction. Support and partner with the
Associate Director, Strategic Account and Project Manager to build
strong relationships, anticipate needs, and find opportunities for
the IHA to expand its impact, drive innovation, and deliver greater
value to clients and collaborators. Communicate regularly with
clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure
satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Deliver weekly,
monthly, and quarterly reports on project status, account growth,
and key achievements. Partner closely with creative, strategy, and
production teams to deliver high-impact, compliant marketing
solutions. Delegate tasks, supervise day-to-day activities, and
foster open dialogue to ensure creative teams are supported and
empowered. Develop and maintain accurate internal trackers, client
reports, and status updates, outlining key decisions, next steps,
and deliverables. Support agile pod workflows for US teams by
optimizing processes, removing obstacles for creative partners, and
driving operational excellence across every initiative. Contribute
to the continuous improvement of creative workflows and team
operations. Assist in routing materials through internal review
processes, including Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) when
applicable. Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing,
communications, advertising, journalism, business administration,
or related field. 5 years of experience in account management,
project management, or creative operations within a creative
agency, in-house team. TQualified applicants must be authorized to
work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not

this role. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting or
running creative projects and integrated marketing initiatives
across multiple channels and audiences. Demonstrated familiarity
with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) workflows, with the
ability to guide teams to align strategies and execution with
compliance standards. Proficiency in Workfront or similar project
management systems. Exceptional communication and organizational
skills, with the ability to drive alignment and inspire
collaboration across teams. Experience working within highly
regulated or compliance-heavy environments such as healthcare,
finance, government, or media, with a strong understanding of
process rigor, documentation, and cross-functional review.
Demonstrated success supporting teams that deliver marketing
initiatives for multiple brands, projects, or collaborators across
diverse channels. Collaborative working style with a focus on
getting results and fostering a positive, team-oriented
environment. Validated ability to lead key accounts or complex,
multi-channel creative projects. Effective capacity management
skills at both individual and small team levels. Ability to
identify and address process or technology challenges, implementing
solutions through project planning and breakthrough management.
Solid understanding of creative development, digital marketing,
brand strategy, and omnichannel execution. Project Management
Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent
certification preferred. Comfortable receiving and implementing
feedback from peers, partners, and interested parties to align with
shared goals and elevate outcomes. Other Position based in
Indianapolis; remote work options may be considered. Relocation

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $58,500 -
$137,500 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a
company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual
performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit
