out of the month Job Details Job Details: Our organization, a
leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic,
experienced, and results-driven Territory Manager for the Northeast
region. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our strategic
growth initiatives and expansion in the region. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for managing all sales activities within the
assigned territory, including prospecting, cold calling, account
management, territory sales, lead generation, direct sales,
territory management, and customer success related to our
commercial HVAC products. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and
implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the
assigned territory. 2. Conduct market research to understand the
competitive landscape and business opportunities in the Northeast
region. 3. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business
relationships with current and potential customers to promote our
commercial HVAC products. 4. Reach out to customer leads through
cold calling, lead generation, and direct sales. 5. Achieve agreed
upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeline. 6.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
within the organization. 7. Supply management with reports on
customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and
potential for new products and services. 8. Keep abreast of best
practices and promotional trends in the industry. 9. Continuously
improve through feedback and experience. Qualifications: 1. A
minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in a similar role
within the manufacturing industry. 2. Demonstrable experience in
prospecting, cold calling, account management, territory sales,
lead generation, direct sales, territory management, and customer
success. 3. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
4. Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to
build productive business professional relationships. 5. Highly
motivated, target-driven with a proven track record in sales. 6.
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills. 7.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the
audience needs. 8. Relationship management skills and openness to
feedback. 9. Knowledge of commercial HVAC products will be an added
