Summary: The Regional Manager plays a critical leadership role in
driving the success of Window World franchise locations across the
North Central region. This is a hands-on, high-impact position that
requires weekly travel and direct engagement with franchise owners
and their leadership teams. We are looking for a proven leader with
deep experience in in-home sales, sales management, operations, or
franchise consulting, someone who understands how to run a
successful home improvement business and is passionate about
helping others grow. This role is demanding, travel-heavy, and
highly rewarding. It is ideal for someone seeking a long-term home,

Responsibilities: Leadership & Franchise Consulting: Provide
effective leadership and guidance across multiple locations. Build
a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture throughout
your region. Consult franchise owners on all aspects of their
business, including sales leadership, marketing and advertising,
financial performance, and operate. Sales Performance & Growth:
Lead by example by demonstrating elite in-home sales skills and
methodologies. Motivate and coach sales leaders and teams to meet
and exceed sales goals. Drive adoption of Window Worlds sales
process, business model, and core beliefs. Strategic Planning &
Execution: Develop and execute regional strategies to improve
performance and profitability. Partner with senior leadership to
align regional initiatives with corporate objectives. Analyze
regional results, identify trends, and implement corrective or
growth strategies. Training & Development: Train franchise owners
and sales leaders on Window Worlds sales process and methodology.
Conduct ride-a longs to coach and reinforce best practices in the
field. Identify training gaps and facilitate ongoing professional
development. Provide continued training and support on the company
CRM. Operational & Administrative Responsibilities: Achieve
regional revenue and profitability goals for Window World products.
Set regional goals and execute against an established business
plan. Evaluate market conditions and competitive activity within
the region. Complete weekly store visits and submit detailed visit
reports to the VP of Sales. Support and implement corporate
initiatives across the franchise network. Work directly with vendor
partners to ensure franchisee success. Provide in-store operational
support and oversight when needed. Effectively manage time, travel,
and priorities in alignment with corporate objectives. Travel
Requirements: Extensive Travel Required - 46 weeks per year.
Typical week includes at least three nights on location.
Qualifications: Proven track record in in-home sales, with
leadership experience. 10 years experience in the home improvement
industry. Strong ability to lead, coach, and influence across
multiple locations. Highly motivated, results-driven, and
performance-oriented. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with
CRM solution(s) a plus. Home based office needed for administrative
and reporting functions. Flexible work from home options
available.
