communications company, is hiring a Business Development focused
commission only Account Manager to grow our client base and manage
project delivery from start to finish. We are looking for a person
skilled in business development who can grow top line revenue with
prospects we dont know about. This means: Hungry, motivated
go-getters ready to work hard & earn big. Strong prospecting
skills. Self-starters who thrive in competitive, high-energy
environments. Strong communicators who can build trust & close

people. Reliable transportation & a smartphone to manage leads and
appointments. What Youll Do: Canvass & Generate Leads Find and
connect with business owners via in-person visits, phone calls, and
email. Educate & Build Trust Show customers how design and
rebranding services from Indy Sign Factory can increase visibility
and brand recognition. Book Appointments, Qualify Leads and Close
Sales Turn interest into sales-ready prospects. Collaborate on
Design Work with the design team to refine visual concepts that
exceed the clients goals. Create and deliver proposals for signs
and visual communications projects. Manage the Client Experience
Coordinate the full lifecycle of signage projectsfrom deposit to
planning, execution, installation, and final payment.
Qualifications: 2 years of sales or business development experience
(signage or visual communications experience is a plus) Strong
verbal, written and online communication skills Ability to speak
publicly with confidence and poise Self-motivated, disciplined, and
career oriented Naturally outgoing individual who thrives in human
interaction BA/BS in Marketing or a related field is preferred Goal
