multi-year Quality Digital Labs transformation program that will
simplify and implement a Digital Lab agenda at Lilly called LEADS
(Lab Excellence – Accelerate, Digitize, Standardize). This is part
of a broader set of enterprise-wide programs focused on enabling
unprecedented company growth and delivery of new modalities serving
patients around the world. What you’ll be doing. As part of our out
Global Quality Analytical Sciences & QC Operations (AQCO) team,
your role as the Global QC Operations – Parenteral and Device
Network Lead is to work in conjunction with the QC Laboratories
across a network of sites to implement LEADS initiatives across a
variety of workstreams related to method management, equipment
maintenance, sample management, E-Release, Advanced Scheduling,
PAT, GMP Process Standardization and Quality Intelligence. Your
role will be to partner with sites across the Parenteral and Device
manufacturing network within Lilly to communicate the global
implementation plans, develop detailed implementation schedules,
track progress across your sites and help remove barriers. You’ll
represent the global transformation agenda to the sites, and you’ll
partner with your peers in ACQO that lead these workstreams to
deliver on the project plans. You also will facilitate feedback and
input from the sites to the global team as well as drive
replication of best practices. You’ll share implementation plans
and progress in cross functional forums and works with peers across
the globe. You’ll be part the Global Quality QC Operations team
reporting directly to the Associate Vice President of Global
Quality QC Operations and you’ll have a dotted line relationship to
the Senior Vice Presidents of Global Quality for the Parenteral and
Device Networks. You’ll be an integral member of the AQCO team and
with your help we’ll to enable fully digitalized, best in class
global QC laboratories across the expanding Lilly manufacturing
footprint. How You’ll Succeed Be Bold – We are looking for a leader

of technical and soft skills to effectively collaborate in cross
functional teams, balance priorities, and find creative solutions
to enable the implementation new innovative technologies. Must
communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders,
influence decision making at all leadership levels, be adept at
networking and building strong professional relations. Continuously
seek out innovative approached to implementing change and
delivering on organization change management elements. Identify and
manage continuous improvement projects across their network that
improve day to day business with the objective of achieving
quality, reliability, and cost improvements. Provide input into the
design of new technologies and systems which are being implemented
to enable a full digitized lab of the future. Proactively monitor
and stay abreast of evolving business and technology trends, in the
realm of Digital Quality Labs in manufacturing. Foster a
partnership environment with the QC sites to support implementation
of latest capabilities and technological advancements to transform
lab operations in their network in alignment with the agreed
standardized practices globally. Represent global perspectives and
priorities to the site QC laboratories. Ensure site and network
governance teams are informed and aligned on the direction and
implementation timing for new initiatives impacting the QC
laboratories, including participation in appropriate Site, Network
and Global QC forums. Collaborate with the sites and the Global QC
Operations team to ensure adherence to standards and guidelines
established by Global QC Operations organization. Coach, develop
and mentor teams and QC talent in the organization Cascade and
spread the vision of the organization within the QC laboratories.
What you Should Bring Proven experience in QC Operations and
laboratory functions with understanding of chemistry and
microbiology testing. Strong knowledge of Operational Excellence
and application of lean principles Extensive knowledge of GMP and
other pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards. Proven
ability to drive innovation and change within an organization,
bring projects to completion and track valuation. Additional
Experience the following would be preferred but not required:
Labvantage LIMS and LES, NuGenesis, EMPOWER, BINOCS, TULIP, LEAN
Operations Your Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a
scientific field related to the laboratory, such as Chemistry,
Biological Sciences, Engineering or related a Life Sciences field.
7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry including
leadership, project management, and driving quality or
manufacturing strategic initiatives and fostering team growth.
In-depth knowledge of the regulatory environment for the
manufacture of pharmaceutical products. Additional
Skills/Preferences: Ability to prioritize and manage complex
projects, change agent who can drive innovation and operational
excellence while maintaining the highest standards of quality and
compliance. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic
mindset. Strong knowledge of AI and informatics within a laboratory
setting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for working on a team from diverse backgrounds and
geographies. Advanced skills with key applications for Program
Management (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, Visio, etc.)
Communicate effectively with all levels of management Demonstrate a
breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities
instrumental in shaping the future of QC laboratories. Additional
Information: This position requires travel to domestic and
international destinations. This position requires working in
manufacturing environments where there may be specific gowning or

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $151,500 -
$222,200 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a
company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual
