scientists help us continue this pursuit. During your experience

across dozens of postdoctoral scientists and other researchers. We
are seeking an ambitious post-doctoral scientist, with strong
research and communication skills, to contribute to development of
novel cell-based systems to streamline early evaluation of
transcytosis across the blood brain barrier (BBB) for antibodies,
antibody-based constructs, or peptides for therapeutic delivery to
the central nervous system. In this role, you will: Design,
implement, and creatively problem-solve new in vitro cell-based
methodologies for predicting brain delivery of biotherapeutics;
independently generate and interpret experimental results. Utilize
existing in vivo data to inform, optimize, and validate predictive
in vitro methodology. Collaborate with ADME scientists, in vivo
pharmacology teams, and protein biochemists to lead the research
effort. Communicate experimental results and project progress with
supervisors and at team/department meetings. Work productively and
safely in the laboratory; maintain good practice in writing
experimental reports in an electronic lab notebook. Identify areas
of key need across medicine discovery and development and champion
creative solutions to address those needs. Maintain external
awareness and learning to benefit the organization. Present novel
methods and findings at conferences and publish in high quality
peer-reviewed journals. Basic Qualifications Ph.D. in biomedical
science, pharmacology, cellular/molecular biology, biochemistry,
neuroscience, or related discipline, completed before November
2025. Expertise with cell culture, transfection, and
characterization of cell lines and/or primary cells. Additional

Excellent communicator (oral and written) with presentation
experience. A proven track record of significant contributions to
research projects, substantiated by first or co-authorship on
peer-reviewed scientific publications in high-quality journals.
High learning agility for new scientific concepts and operational
systems. A track record of productive collaborations in
interdisciplinary team environments. Proficient in data analysis,
interpretation, and reporting. Experienced with flow cytometry.
Experienced with cellular transfection. Experienced with ELISA
and/or MSD analysis techniques. Experienced in the area of BBB
biology. Experienced in the area of antibody-based therapeutics.
Additional Information Position Location (Indianapolis, Indiana,
Corporate Center) This position is not permanent. It is for a fixed
duration of two years with potential to extend to 3 years and for
maximum of up to 4 years. There will be opportunity to apply for

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $12.98 - $40.87
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company
bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
