Job Description:
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager with a strong
background in construction and property to join our team, playing a
pivotal role in ensuring project goals are met within the specified
time and budget. Client Details Our client is a well-established
large organization in the property and construction industry. With
a diverse portfolio of projects, they consistently strive for the
highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. Description
Assist with project planning and management from inception to
completion. Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely
and efficient project execution. Oversee the procurement of
construction materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise. Ensure
compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Prepare and
present project updates to relevant stakeholders. Facilitate
communication between team members and project stakeholders.
Contribute to budgeting and cost estimation processes. Profile A
successful Assistant Project Manager should have: A background in
construction and property. Experience in Commercial, Multifamily,
Education, Heathcare is preferred Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in
project management software. Strong problem-solving skills and the
ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. A keen eye for
detail and a commitment to quality. Job Offer Competitive salary
range between $75,000 - $90,000 Standard benefits package.
